Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of being delivered. You may be entitled to a refund minus the cost of shipping and a 15% RESTOCKING FEE. The customer will be responsible for the full payment of return shipping.
To receive a refund all parts including the 16 poles, 4 corner joints, 4 thumb screws, 8 velcro straps, AND all fabric panels must be INCLUDED IN YOUR return. Please make sure that 4 velcro straps are wrapped tightly around the Campus Canopies POLE bundlE.
A refund will not be given IF ANY COMPONENTS are scratched, damaged, dirty or missing.
